How the brands are chosen

Award candidates are submitted for consideration throughout the year, from well established household names to innovative start-up brands. Each year we recognise the brands who have achieved positive change and are consistently focused on the needs of their customers. 

The Feel-Good Panel will judge from a criteria which includes excellence in customer service, value, honesty, innovation and improvement — we’re looking for authentic brands that will go the extra mile to make a difference to the lives of their customers. These are the brands that people love.

Feel-Good Brand of the Year

The ultimate accolade for the best loved Feel-Good Brand, this is the peoples choice award. Recognised by their fans and peers as an outstanding brand who champion the feel-good ethos, the award is voted for by those who feel loved and feel good.

Best Innovator

This is the award for innovation. Whether it’s in development, marketing or the launch of new products and services, innovation is driven by passion and creativity. We honour innovations and innovators, the brands paving the way for future success.

Best Marketing Campaign

This award recognises excellence in marketing: the most inventive, effective, attention-grabbing campaigns of the year. The brand who raised their profile through clever use of marketing channels, conventional or otherwise.

Best Consumer Engagement

Awarded to the brand who delight their consumers through engagement. They are willing to engage with their consumers, providing genuine interaction with their customer to understand what their customers want; building relationships that inspire loyalty.

New Brand of the Year

This award recognises the importance of newcomers and noisemakers to the party. The award is open to brands who have recently emerged or grabbed our attention during the past year.
