Russ is Head of Marketing at parkrun, the globally renowned organisation that delivers free, weekly, no-barrier-to-entry physical activity in over 750 communities in 12 countries worldwide. Russ has a decade’s experience in brand marketing and communication and is a passionate advocate of grassroots sport.
With a degree in Human Biology and Psychology, Zoe qualified as a State Registered Dietitian in 2004. Having worked throughout the NHS in partnership services, she currently heads-up innovations in lifestyle change for consumers at Weight Watchers in the UK.
British Military Fitness was founded in April 1999 by Major Robin Cope and Serjeant Harry Sowerby as an alternative form of group fitness training to traditional gym workouts. Their challenge was to encourage and motivate people of all abilities to get out to the parks and take part in classes provided by military trained instructors.
Emma is a passionate advocate of powerful customer engagement. Following a 15 year career in BBC Network Radio, Emma has combined editorial and communication skills to inspire well-being brands such as Weight Watchers and Nuffield Health. With her insight-driven approach to driving engagement, Emma has overseen a diverse range of projects from programme launches to the development of pioneering digital apps.
As an experienced brand marketing specialist, Andy will be hosting our panel discussion. In his role as Director at Beyond, Andy spends his days helping ‘Feel-Good Brands’ to really understand their target market, developing successful campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
